About the conductor material, there are BC (Bare Copper: pure copper, non-oxygen copper), CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) etc. for different cost budgets.

For indoor network cable, the jacket material normally is PVC, if considering the fireproof feature, LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) is a better choice. If you have a higher flame retardant requirement, we also can supply it. For outdoor network cable, PE jacket is the standard one. Also, LSZH and flame retardant available.
